1. What types of retro gaming cassettes do you sell?

2. How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
3. What are the estimated delivery times?

- Australia & New Zealand: 7 - 12 days
- UK & Europe: 5 - 12 days
- Latin America: 10 - 25 days

- Other countries: 14 - 30 days

4. Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please contact us immediately.
5. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We do our best to ensure that all items are shipped with extra padding to prevent damage. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
6. Do you accept returns?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
7. What items are non-returnable?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
9. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
